I’m a photographer, yoga teacher and doula based in Sydney. My photography style is natural and authentic, making you feel comfortable in front of the lens. I photograph families, newborns, expectant mummas and yogis. I’ve also been teaching yoga for 12+ years, specialising in pre and postnatal yoga, a passion which led me to become a doula as well. I love supporting women throughout their journeys of pregnancy and early motherhood. As a mum of two, I know just how invaluable it is to be well cared for throughout pregnancy, birth and beyond.

Yoga

I teach Vinyasa Flow, Prenatal and Baby & Me yoga. My classes are designed to fill your cup, leaving you feeling strong and centred. You can catch me at Egg of the Universe yoga studio in Rozelle. I also run a 50 Hour Pre and Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training.

Photography

I'm a natural light photographer with a passion for families and yogis. I want to capture your family for who you are in this moment. I promise to keep your session relaxed and more importantly, fun! You get edited high-resolution digital images to share, print and pass down for generations to come.

Doula Services

As your doula, I am your non-medical birth companion, providing you with physical and emotional support before, during, and after childbirth. I am committed to serving, supporting and providing you continuity of care. I provide holistic support for all families and all bodies.
