Sydney Yoga Photographer: Cath

Way back in the day, on my very first trip to Sydney, I found a yoga studio that I loved. I started practising there most weekdays, and Cath was one of my first teachers. I hadn't seen her in quite a while so it was lovely to have the chance to catch up and take photos of her in this beautiful, light-filled studio. 

I also took photos of Cath with another yoga teacher, Lynda, and I love how those the tell the story of what it's like to be one of Cath's students. She's so careful and attentive, and even though it was for photos, Cath wouldn't let Lynda do a pose on just one side (because that doesn't feel so great afterward).
